Temporary Export prohibition of mineral fertilizers

Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #107 dated 03.03.2025 on the temporary export prohibition from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of mineral fertilizers (except for international transit and humanitarian aid provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic).
The Decree enters into force on 24 March 2025, for a duration of 6 months.

To identify the specific products, it is necessary to be guided by both the HS code and the name of the mineral fertilizers.
The export of organic, bioorganic and organo-mineral fertilizers produced in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is permitted on the basis of:
• a conclusion on the feasibility of export issued by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic for each batch of exported fertilizers and containing information on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of fertilizers, as well as on the organizations carrying out the export;
• a certificate of origin of fertilizers in the Kyrgyz Republic.
