Decree of Government of the Kyrgyz Republic #88, dated 17.02.2023
Enters into force on 23 March 2023 for a period of 6 months.

In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic №88, dated 17.02.2023, the export of mineral fertilisers outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (with the exception of international transit and humanitarian assistance provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic) is temporarily prohibited for a period of 6 months. The Decree comes into force after 7 days since its publication whereas the measures come into force after 5 days from the date of entry into force of the Decree.
