Mécanisme administratif
The restriction is administered through a permit system for the import of waste on an MFN basis in accordance with Hong Kong’s obligations under the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, and to ensure environmentally sound management of waste in Hong Kong.
