Prohibition on the export of machinery and related parts to specified regions of Ukraine*
*The specified regions of Ukraine are:
• Crimea;
• Donetsk;
• Luhansk;
• Sevastopol; and
• any region specified by the Minister for Foreign Affairs under regulation 3B of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2022C00057#:~:text=These%20Regulations%20facilitate%20the%20conduct,targeting%20those%20entities%20or%20persons.).
