Prohibition for exportation of certain petroleum products

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 484 dated 13 July 2026 introduces amendments to resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic: The resolution of 1 March 2021 No. 66, retitled ''On the introduction of a temporary prohibition on the export of oil and oil products from
the Kyrgyz Republic'' (previously ''… outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union''): paragraph 1-5 are restated to establish a temporary prohibition on the export from
the Kyrgyz Republic, until the domestic market is saturated or common markets for oil and oil products of the Eurasian Economic Union are formed, by automobile and railway transport, of oil (HS code 2709) and oil products (HS code 2710), with the exception of naphtha, fuel oil (mazut) and heating fuel (HS code 2710) exported pursuant to a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed under the customs procedure of processing outside the customs territory, subject to mandatory subsequent re-import into the Kyrgyz Republic of the products of their processing; this prohibition does not apply to oil products contained in the standard fuel tanks of vehicles established in accordance with Technical Regulation of the Customs Union ''On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles'' (TR CU 018/2011).

This is a modification of a measure which was notified earlier in document G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.4
