In order to avoid a critical shortage in the domestic market of oil and petroleum oil products the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted decree #66, dated 01.03.2021 on the introduction of a temporary ban on the export of petroleum oil (HS code 2709) and petroleum oil products (HS code 2710) from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union by road and rail, with the exception of mazout (HS code 2710)
According to the decree, the ban is valid from the 1st of March 2021 until the saturation of the domestic market or the formation of common markets for oil and petroleum oil products of the Eurasian Economic Union. - Responsible entities
