Administered by the State Customs Service.
Import of radio electronic equipment and emitting devices of special purpose is administrated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (permission on import) if such type of radio electronic equipment and emitting devices for special purposes is included in the Register of radio electronic equipment and emitting devices.
The Register of radio equipment and radiating devices is maintained by the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services.
