Law no. 358 of 05.11.2004 on the implementation of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction;
Law no. 132 of 08.06.2012 on the safe conduct of nuclear and radiological activities;
Law no. 1163 of 26.07.2000 regarding the control of export, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods;
Government Decision no. 606 of 15.05.2002 regarding the National system of control of the export, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova.
