Conditional and limited prohibition/ restriction on the import and the export of goods and technologies that can be used in the production, development, storage and use of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear weapons of mass destruction, as well as arms and dual-use goods and technologies.

Law no. 358 of 05.11.2004 on the implementation of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction;
Law no. 132 of 08.06.2012 on the safe conduct of nuclear and radiological activities;
Law no. 1163 of 26.07.2000 regarding the control of export, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods;
Government Decision no. 606 of 15.05.2002 regarding the National system of control of the export, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova.
