Enters into force on 19 January 2023 for a period of 6 months.

In accordance with the Decree the temporary export restriction on ferrous waste and scrap; remelting scrap ingots of iron, outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union was adopted. If the Kyrgyz Republic has additional measures, a relevant notification will be submitted. The Decree comes into force on the date of official publication (was published on 19 January 2023) for a period of 6 months.
