Entered into force on the 19 March 2024 for a period of 6 months.
Mécanisme administratif
The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #119 dated 18.03.2024 on the temporary export prohibition of coal (classified by codes 2701 and 2702 of the HS of the EAEU) outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by motor road transport (except for those passing through "Irkeshtam-Avtodorozhny" and "Torugart-Avtodorozhny" Checkpoints) entering into force on March 19, 2024, for a duration of 6 months.
The Decree sets that the given export prohibition does not apply to the "Kyrgyzkomur" State Enterprise under the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic when it exports coal (classified by codes 2701 and 2702 of the HS of the EAEU) by motor road transport through checkpoints of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This is a modification of the measure which was previously notified in G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.18.
