Annex 1 to the Decision N 134 dated 16 August 2012 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions or restrictions
on import or export by countries members of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with third countries

It is not necessary to obtain a license:
_on import and (or) export of products containing ozone-destroying substances by individuals for personal use (non-commercial use);
_on import and (or) export of ozone-destroying substances transported with the vehicle for the purpose and in the quantity required for the maintenance of noprmal operation of the equipment and technical devices of air, sea
(river), railway vehicle, including fueling and refueling of refrigerators, air-conditioners, fire fightings, etc.
