The import of waste into the territory of CU Members for the purpose of its burial and neutralization is prohibited.
Import and export of waste into the customs territory of the Customs Union by individuals for personal use is prohibited
Importation of waste into states - members of the Customs Union with the purpose of dumping and disposal of prohibited
Transboundary movement through the territory of the Customs Union of States of transit is carried out without registration license upon the conclusion of a public authority in accordance with the laws of the State - a member of the Customs Union. Transit procedure is regulated by the waste under the Basel Convention and the law of the State - a member of the Customs Union. - Entités responsables
