Description générale
Prohibitions in line with the decisions of the United Nations Security Council in resolutions adopted, including prohibitions on:

(a)(i) the import from and export to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) of arms and related materials as well as goods and technology related to nuclear, ballistic missile and weapons of mass destruction programmes and (ii) export to the DPRK of luxury items;

(b) the import from and export to Iran of arms and related materials as well as goods and technology related to nuclear, ballistic missile and weapons of mass destruction programmes; and

(c) the import from and export to any other country or territory of any arms or related materials to such country or territory which have arms embargos imposed on them by the United Nations Security Council
