Import of products from the harp seal (excluding harp seal pups) is allowed if: Such products are obtained as a result of hunting traditionally carried out by indigenous peoples; which are understood as indigenous inhabitants of the Arctic and subarctic areas where they have (nowadays or traditionally) the rights of indigenous peoples; including the Yupiks; Inupiats (Alaska); Inuits; Inuvialuits (Canada); Kalaallyites (Greenland); which is confirmed by the certificate of the authorized body of the country of origin of the goods issued in accordance with the form agreed upon with the Eurasian Economic Commission; such products are imported by individuals for personal use (for non-commercial purposes).
