Date of Entry into force: 1 September 2010
Mécanisme administratif
The import, distribution, sale, offer for sale, possession for sale of any ENDs/e-vaporisers are prohibited under Section 16 of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act.
Import for specific exempted purposes are allowed under the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prohibited Tobacco Products and Imitation Tobacco Products) (Exemption) Order 2018.
