Prohibition of the import; distribution and retail of Emerging tobacco products

Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prohibited Tobacco Products) Regulations; 2014
Mécanisme administratif
Importers and retailers were given a notice period which began from 15 June 2015 to adjust their operating models away from dealing with such products; and deplete their existing stocks. With the implementation of the second phase of the ban on 1 Aug 2016; all licensed tobacco importers; wholesalers and retailers will be prohibited from importing; wholesaling or retailing all forms of emerging tobacco products.More details can be found on: https://www.moh.gov.sg/content/moh_web/home/pressRoom/pressRoomItemRelease/2016/singapore-enhances-tobacco-control-measures.html
