Exports of goods classified under UKTZED codes 7204 and 7404 00 may be carried out by business operators declared winners of electronic auctions held in December 2025 under licenses issued by the Ministry of Economy and Environment, provided that such exports are carried out within the volume of goods purchased at such auctions.
