The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #387 dated 02.07.2025 on temporary prohibition to import into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of 6 months of:
Electronic cigarettes and nicotine delivery systems with nicotine liquid in one part classified by an HS Code 2404 12 000 0;
Nicotine-containing liquids in cartridges, tanks and other containers classified by an HS Code 2404 12 000 0.
The Decree entered into force on 22 July 2025, for a duration of six months.
