In accordance with Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #427, dated 01.08.2022, the export of ferrous waste and scrap, remelting scrap ingots of iron or steel outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is temporarily prohibited.
The abovementioned decree comes into force after 7 days since publication (was published on 4 August 2022). In turn, export restriction comes effective 3 days after coming into force of this decree. - Responsible entities
