Administrative mechanism
The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted decree #336, dated
24.12.2021 on the introduction of a
temporary ban for six months on the export of scrap and waste of ferrous metals (under HS code 7204) from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic
Union. The measure will cease on 15th of July 2022.
The abovementioned decree comes into force fifteen days after the
publication (published on 28th of December). In turn, export ban on scrap and waste of ferrous metals comes effective 3 days after coming into force of this decree #336.
