Para afrontar la emergencia sanitaria provocada por el coronavirus COVID-19, se dictan medidas para limitar la importación de alcohol carburante –etanol-, sujeto a ciertas condiciones y excepciones, con el objetivo de eliminar el sobrante temporal del producto ocasionado por la caída de la demanda de combustibles como consecuencia del aislamiento obligatorio de la población.
