Termination of the temporary import prohibition

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers #247 dated 12 May 2025 on introduction to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers #169 dated 31 March 2025 of the following amendments: The paragraph 2 of the item 1 to be no longer in force.
The paragraph 2 of the item 1 is related only to portland cement, aluminous cement, slag cement and similar hydraulic cements, whether or not coloured, prepared or in the form of clinkers (except supersulphate cement) classified by HS Code 2523.
The Decree entered into force on 12 May 2025.
Administrative mechanism
The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #169 dated 31.03.2025 on temporary prohibition to import into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of six months of the following:
- Portland cement, aluminous cement, slag cement and similar hydraulic cements, whether or not coloured, prepared or in the form of clinkers (except supersulphate cement) classified by HS Code 2523;
- Plates, sheets, panels, tiles and similar articles without ornamentation, of gypsum, covered or reinforced only with paper or cardboard, by HS Code 6809 11 000 0.
The Decree enters into force on 16 April 2025, for a duration of six months.
