Note: Under the Health of Animals Act and the Health of Animals Regulations, an importation permit is required for the importation of animal pathogens. The Public Health Agency of Canada is responsible for the issuance of importation permits pertaining to terrestrial animal pathogens. The Canada Food Inspection Agency is responsible for the issuance of importation permits as it relates to other animal pathogens (e.g. aquatic animals). - Entidades responsables
