Mecanismo administrativo
The restriction is administered through an import licensing procedure on an MFN basis to enforce a robust intellectual property rights regime in HKC and to prevent the use of optical disc mastering and replication equipment for copyright infringing activities.Export licensing procedures can be found in Section 1.
