The regulations of chemical and biologics drugs commonly known as pharmaceutical products will be carried out under the Health Products (Therapeutic Products) Regulations 2016 from 1 Nov 2016. Consequently; the existing controls under the Medicines Act (MA) and Poisons Act (PA) will no longer be applied to these products.
