For food-grade acetic acid; the granting of a licence is subject to verification of the relevant food grade by the Uruguayan Technological Laboratory (LATU). For other acetic acids; a licence will only be granted if the application has been duly completed and it has been proved that previous imports by the applicant were used properly; as prescribed by Article 2 of Decree No. 75/009.
