Enters into force on the 2 October 2023 for a period of 6 months.
Administrative mechanism
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #484, dated 18.09.2023, the temporary export restriction on recovered paper or paperboard outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union will be introduced 3 days after the Decree enters into force for a period of 6 months. The Decree comes into force 10 days after the date of its publication (was published on 19 September 2023). The restriction ceases to be in force on 2 April 2024.

The previous measure on the export prohibition of paper or paperboard submitted in notification G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.23 in accordance with the Decree #103 dated 28.02.2023 is no longer in force.
