The Arms and Explosives Act is an Act to regulate the manufacture, use, sale, storage, transport, importation, exportation and possession of arms, explosives and explosive precursors. It will be replaced by the Guns, Explosives & Weapons Control Act 2021 when it comes into effect in 2024 (actual date of operationalisation to be confirmed).
