Temporary export restriction of prefabricated buildings due to the earthquake disaster

"Export Regime Decree" was enacted by the Council of Ministers on 22/12/1995 in accordance with Article 1 of Law No. 261 of 27/6/1963 and paragraph (C) of Article 3 of Law No. 933 of 28/7/1967. The aforementioned Regime entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 6 January 1996 and numbered 22515.
Based on the 3rd article of the "Export Regime Decree", (https://ticaret.gov.tr/data/5b87066213b8761450e18deb/%C4%B0hracat%20Rejim%20Karar%C4%B1.docx) with the Approval of Ministry of Trade dated 14/02/2023 and numbered 82792672; it was decided to prohibit export of certain prefabricated buildings between 15/02/2023 and 14/05/2023 (including these dates)
