Decree of Government of the Kyrgyz Republic #104, dated 28.02.2023

Enters into force on the 18th of March 2023 for a period of 6 months.
Administrative mechanism
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #104, dated 28.02.2023, the export of marble and travertine outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is temporarily prohibited.

The abovementioned decree comes into force after 15 days since its publication (was published on 3 March 2023).

The previous measure on the export prohibition of marble and travertine submitted in notification
G/MA/QRK/N/KGZ/17 in accordance with the Decree #430 dated 01.08.2022 is no longer in force.
