The Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 [Act 304] is an Act to provide for the regulation and control of atomic energy, for the establishment of standards on liability for nuclear damage and for matters connected therewith or related thereto.

This measure is listed under Part I of the Third Schedule of Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2023 which mentioned the list of goods prohibited for export except in the manner provided.

Import/export is to be accompanied by a letter of approval by or on behalf Director General of The Department of Atomic Energy Licensing Board.
