Ministerial Decision no (78) for the year (2020) limited the scope of products that required an export permission to N95 and FFP3 face masks.



Ministerial Decision no (32) for the year (2020) then instituted that face masks could only be exported after having obtained a permission by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
