Administrative mechanism
Administered by the Ministry of Economy and Environment
(written consent (notification) for a transboundary movement of hazardous waste).

Transboundary movement of waste other than hazardous waste, household waste, residues resulting from the incineration of household waste, plastic waste and mixtures thereof, except for plastic waste, the list of which is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, shall be carried out based on the conclusion for the transboundary movement of waste
issued by the Ministry of Economy and Environment.
