The Pest Control Products Act, 2002, entered into force in 2006 and was last amended in 2019
Administrative mechanism
Administered by Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency.

Section 6 of the Pest Control Products Act (PCPA) prohibits the import or export of pest control products that are not registered or otherwise authorized under the Act. Such imports and exports must also conform to any other conditions established under the PCPA.
