Administrative mechanism
The restriction is administered through (i) an export permit system for exporters and (ii) an export licensing system on an MFN basis to protect human health and the environment; including chemicals regulated by the Stockholm Convention and the Rotterdam Convention.Import permit and licensing systems can be found in Section 2.4.
