Administrative mechanism
Measures have been applied for 3 years from 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2021 by the introduction of special import quotas.
Import quotas are administered through the issuance by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of special licenses.
Import of the goods should be accompanied by submission of the special license and the certificate of origin.
Information relating to annual amounts of special quota for imports to Ukraine is provided in Annex 1 to this notification.
The Procedure for issuing special licenses is mentioned in document G/LIC/N/3/UKR/3.
