The Regulations prohibit the importation of southern bluefin tuna, except when done in accordance with the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna (CCSBT) Catch Documentation Scheme, i.e. is tagged and accompanied by appropriate documentation.
The import prohibition is administered on behalf of the Ministry for Primary Industries - Responsible entities
