Misuse of Drugs (Prohibition of Cannabis Utensils and Methamphetamine Utensils) Notice 2014; Misuse of Drugs Act 1975; Customs and Excise Act 1996
Administrative mechanism
The new Notice prohibits importation of drug utensils in parts. The Notice also removes hookah and shisha pipes from the list of cannabis utensils.
