Export licensing for export of wild growing raw drug

Board of Eurasian Economic Commission DECISION on April 21, 2015 N 30 On non-tariff regulation measures
(as last amended at 14 June 2016) Annex 1 to the Decision N 30 dated 21 April 2016 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions on import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union

It is not necessary to obtain a license for export of:
_single specimens of products of animal or vegetable origin in the amount no more than 3 copies of the same species, of hunting and fishing trophies by individuals for private use (non-commercial purposes);
_specimens of products of animal or vegetable origin by academic institutions for scientific researches;
_animals and plants by zoos, nurseries and botanical gardens for exchange, donation and replenishment of the gene pool
_animals and plants species, parts or derivatives thereof, that are subject to the Convention on
International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES)
