Annex 1 to the Decision N 30 dated 21 April 2016 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions on import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union

The import of waste into the territory of EAEU Members for the purpose of its burial and neutralization is prohibited.

Import and export of waste into the customs territory of Eurasian Economic Union the by individuals for personal use is prohibited.
Importation of waste into states - members of the Eurasian Economic Union with the purpose of dumping and disposal of prohibited .
Transboundary movement through the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of States of transit is carried out without registration license upon the conclusion of a public authority in accordance with the laws of the State - a
member of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Transit procedure is regulated by the waste under the Basel Convention and the law of the State - a member of the Eurasian Economic Union.
