Does not apply to export of goods specified in paragraph 2 of Part I, Section 25 of this list

It is not necessary to obtain conclusions (permitions), when bones of fossil animals (mammoth tusk) are exported from the customs territory of the CUI Members by individuals for private use (non-commercial purposes) in the amount no more than one specimen, and weighing no more than 10 kg

If the collection materials on mineralogy, paleontology, fossil bones in accordance with national law - a member of the Customs Union can be attributed to cultural values​​, removal of the applicants, as well as by individuals for personal use these collections and bones of fossil animals carried the findings (authorization document) on the possibility of such removal issued by a public authority of the State - a member of the Customs Union, which is tasked with the protection of historical and cultural heritage, when exported from the customs territory of the Customs Union of fossil bones of animals (mammoth tusk) by individuals for personal use no more than one instance and weighing less than 10 kg.
