Import and export of ozone depleted substances and alternative substances under the permit system.
Since 1 January 2025 import of ozone depleting substances (ODS) including HCFC, is not allowed.
Import of HCFC (HCFC 22) substances was under the quota system until 1 January 2025.
Import of alternatives substances (HFC group of substances) is under the quota system start from 1 January 2024. And well as under the permit system
