Non-automatic license for export of psychotropic substances

Medicines ( Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances ) Regulations; 1994

The psychotropic substances subjected to export licensing are specified in the Schedule of the Regulations.
A valid export licence issued by the Health Sciences Authority is required and the export of the psychotropic substance must be carried out in accordance to the terms and conditions specified in the licence.
