1. Section 23& 24 & 18 (1) of the "Wild Animal Reservation and Protection Act; B.E. 2535" and as Amended by the "Wild Animal Reservation and Protection Act (No. 3); B.E. 2557"2. Section 23 & 24 & 26 of the "Wild Animal Reservation and Protection Act; B.E. 2535" and as Amended by the "Wild Animal Reservation and Protection Act (No. 3); B.E. 2557"
Administrative mechanism
1. To regulate the importation and exportation of wild animals or carcasses as specified by the Minister except the importation and exportation of protected wild animals or carcasses that acquired from propagation under Section18 (1) and the permission must be obtained from the Director-General.2. Permission of import and export for the purpose of surveying; education; research; the protection of wildlife; breeding or conducting a public zoo operation; and such activities shall be performed by the government sector with written permission by the Director-General and complies with the rules and conditions as specified by the Minister with the consent of the Committee.
