Temporary prohibition on the import into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic from third countries of certain types of construction materials specified in Annex 1.

The prohibition specified in paragraph 1 of Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #614, dated 14 September 2026 does not apply to goods:
Transiting through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
imported from the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union;
in respect of which the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic has sent to the customs authority in whose region of operation the customs operations are carried out an official letter stating that the goods are intended for the implementation of strategic and investment projects, accompanied by a confirmation executed in the form set out in Annex 2;
imported as part of the implementation of investment projects provided for by international treaties and agreements that have entered into force in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic
