Administered by the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Import of unregistered veterinary medicinal products shall be permitted exclusively for state registration in Ukraine; conducting pre-clinical studies, clinical trials and/or other studies (tests) required for the state registration of the relevant veterinary medicinal products; presentation (demonstration) at fairs, exhibitions, conferences and other public events, without the right to use such products or place them on the market, except for activities related to their storage and transportation.
The maximum permissible quantities of unregistered veterinary medicinal products that may be imported for the above purposes shall be determined by the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
