General description
Cattle over 12 months old in the amount of 40,000 (forty thousand) heads. Sheep and goats over 12 months old (code 0104) in the amount of 60,000 (sixty thousand) heads. Horses over 12 months old (code 0101) in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) heads.

The Decree enters into force on 20 of January 2025, for a duration of 6 months.
