The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #722 dated 02.12.2024 on the temporary export prohibition of recovered (waste and scrap) paper or paperboard classified by the code 4707 of the HS Code from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the territory of the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Decree enters into force on 20 December 2024, for a duration of 6 months.
