Chapter 3, Section 118, item (g) of Republic Act No. 10863, known as the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act
Section 11, item (a) of RA No. 9711, otherwise known as the "FDA Act of 2009" provides the manufacture, importation, exportation, sale, offering for sale, distribution, transfer, promotion, advertising or sponsorship of health products without proper authorization from FDA.
